Court issues summons to Rajinikanth

An additional district Munisif court in Madurai, Tamil Nadu had issued summons to Superstar Rajinikanth over the case in which a writer, KR Ravirathinam alleged that the storyline of 'Linga' movie is stolen from him.

Notices were issued to film producer Rockline Venkatesh, B.Pon Kumar and director KS Ravikumar and they were asked to appear before the court. The case was filed before the release of Linga. The court allowed the movie release with 10 Crore guarantee by the Producer.
