Comedian Senthil joins Pistha

Metro fame Shirish is busy with Raja Ranguski directed by Dharani Dharan. He also announced his next project titled as Pistha, a few days ago under the direction of Ramesh Barathi. Now, this film will be more colorful with the addition of veteran comedian Senthil on board.

Senthil who is known for his rib-tickling comedy sequences with Goundamani is already working in Vignesh Shivn’s Thanaa Serndha Kootam (TSK) starring Suriya, Keerthy Suresh, Karthik and Ramya Krishnan in the lead roles.

Reports say that it is an interesting role for Senthil in Pistha and that he will appear in the majority of portions alongside hero Shirish. Sources from the film unit say that the comedy portions involving Senthil would be the highlight of the film.

Senthil will soon be wrapping up the shooting of Thanaa Serndha Kootam in ten days of time. The actor essays the role of Suriya’s assistant in the movie. Besides TSK and Pistha, Senthil is also doing July 16, a horror film directed by S Selvakumar and four more movies.
