Chay and Sam Very Hopeful of Chi La Sow

‘Chi La Sow’ starring Sushanth and Ruhani Sharma in the lead roles is releasing on August 3rd. As the film is getting released in association with Annapurna Studios banner, hero Naga Chaitanya and Samantha held at press meet along with lead cast, director and producers.

Speaking Naga Chaitanya said, “About seven to eight months back, Samantha said to me that Rahul Ravindran would come and narrate a story. I thought he would act in it but was surprised to know that he would direct the movie. When I heard the script, I did find it really fresh. Samantha and Rahul’s sensibilities are similar and she asked me to do a movie with Rahul. Keeping that aside, after watching the movie, we have decided to get associated and informed father (Nagarjuna Akkineni) about it. Even he liked the movie. Sushanth looks completely different in the movie and Ruhani performed well despite being a debutant. Sukumar’s cinematography and Prashanth Vihari’s music are assets for the film. ‘Chi La Sow’ will connect to family and young audience for sure.”

Samantha said, “I know Rahul since 11 years and she has been a pillar of support right from the beginning of my career. I always prayed for his brighter future as he is a hard working guy. One day, he asked me to watch ‘Chi La Sow.’ I was hesitant as what to tell him if I did not like him. But I had tears in my eyes while watching the movie. Rahul did not connect to me as an actor but got connected as a director. Audience will see a new Sushanth in this flick and he had immense confident on Rahul and that showed on the screen.
