Mumbai, May 18 (IANS) While shooting a TV commercial in Kuala Lumpur, actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar constantly feared 'Don' might emerge out of somewhere. He reminisced the days when he shot his 2006 film "Don" in the city.

"Just filmed a TV commercial in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I kept thinking 'Don' is going to suddenly pop out around some corner," tweeted the 39-year-old.

Akhtar's remake of the 1970s Amitabh Bachchan hit "Don" was majorly shot in Malaysia. The film featured Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Rampal, Isha Koppiker and Boman Irani in key roles

"(It) was nice to see some of the 'Don' crew members on this shoot. Been seven years since... Damn he's been tough to catch," he further tweeted.

Post the 2006 film, Akhtar also directed "Don 2 - The King Is Back", which released in 2011.

Akhtar is currently garnering attention for his role in forthcoming film "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag". The 38-year-old went through rigorous training to acquire a sporty body structure for the biopic on athlete Milkha Singh.

Directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, the film also features Sonam Kapoor and is scheduled to hit the screens July 12.
