Bairavaa cut short

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Bairavaa directed by Bharathan had released on the 12th of January to a mixed response. While the fans, as expected, lapped up the film with their own reasons, for the neutral audience, the film did not offer anything new.

There were also other feedbacks about the length of the film. Many felt it was very long and heeding to such response, the unit has trimmed down the length of the film by six minutes, one minute from the first half and five minutes from the second half. Now the film stands at two hours and 42 minutes.

Besides that, the collection has been a good one for this Vijay starrer as it is the festive weekend which was initially four days and now the holiday has been extended to two more days with the government declaring holiday tomorrow also, (17th January).
