Anjali Patil joins Rajinikanth's Kaala

Ever since producer Dhanush announced the title of superstar Rajinikanth’s 164th film title, the level of excitement among the common people and the celebrities is on the high.

Kaala is directed by Pa.Ranjith whose earlier venture Kabali was also with Rajini. Kaala is said to be about a don in Mumbai who is fighting for the Nellai Tamils there. The cast as of now includes Samuthirakani and Huma Qureshi while the technical team includes DoP Murali, music director Santhosh Narayanan and editor Sreekar Prasad. Incidentally, this is the first film for Sreekar with Rajini.

Meanwhile Hindi actress Anjali Patel had announced her inclusion in the film through a tweet. She confirmed, “'Next film for this year. With THE ONE AND ONLY. Thalaiva. Produced by @dhanushkraja, Directed by @beemji..#Rajnikanth #Superstar #Kaala''. Anjali has done films like Finding Fanny and Mirzya.
