Anirudh sings for Vivek

These days, it has become common occurrence that music directors sing in the compositions of other music directors. This has brought in a healthy feel to the industry and the songs take on a different dimension.

Anirudh Ravichander, the most happening music director of current times is also proving his talent in singing, few examples being Osaka from Vanakkam Chennai, the chartbuster Mersalaytten from I and the Dandankka from Romeo Juliet.

A couple of days back, Anirudh the lines of Vivek in his film Palakattu Madhavan for the music of Shrikanth Deva. Vivek, Sonia Agarwal and K Bhagyaraj play pivotal roles in the film. It is said that Anirudh accepted Vivek’s invite to sing the song and a visibly pleased Vivek tweeted, “On my request Anirudh sang a song for my lyrics for Palakattu Madhavan.
