Ammani wrapped up

Ammani directed by Lakshmy Ramakrishnan had its first look featuring an 82 year woman Subbulakshmi Patti. Shooting of the movie was completed recently.

The last day of the film’s shoot was a funeral sequence, unusual for a last day shoot. Lakshmy played herself as the deceased and directed the funeral scene too."It was emotive, not just because it was the scene of a funeral but also because it happened to be the last day of the film's shoot. My younger daughter, who accompanied me to the shoot on the last day though initially upset on finding me as the dead person, realized the professional need of the hour and took pains to keep us happy.”

Lakshmy continues, “We shot the last scene of the film co-incidentally on the same place where we had shot the first shoot months ago. This film had witnessed many moments like this and I sure we will be rewarded as well as awarded for this effort". Click the Movie button below for more info:
