Amma Kanakku and Nil Battey Sannata to release on the same day

Amma Kanakku is an upcoming film produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films which is directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwary and features Revathy and Amala Paul in pivotal roles. The film is about women’s education in villages.

This film also has its Hindi counterpart titled Nil Battey Sannata which was made much before and was waiting for the release. The same director has directed the Hindi version too which featured Swara Bhaskar and Ratna Pathak Shah.

Now looks like both the films will have the same day as its theatrical release. Recently Sonam Kapoor and Dhanush had unveiled the first look poster of the Hindi and Tamil versions respectively. Gavemic U Ary, the Jigarthanda cameraman has wielded the camera for both the versions and Ilayaraja has scored the music for the Tamil version. Click the Movie button below for more info:
