Akshara Haasan, the younger daughter of Kamal Haasan had made her screen debut in the Hindi film Shamitabh with Dhanush as the hero. She is right now working as an assistant director in the trilingual Sabash Naidu with her dad Kamal Haasan.
The latest buzz that has been going round is that she has been approached to play the second heroine in Ajith’s 57th film to be directed by Siva. Already Kajal Agarwal has been roped in as the heroine.
It looks like Akshara’s role will be very powerful and pivotal just like Laskhmi Menon’s role in Vedalam. Talks are that she is yet to sign the dotted line but it will happen soon. Anirudh is the music director of this film with Vetri as the DoP and Ruben handling the cuts. As of now Thambi Ramaiah and Karunakaran have been confirmed.
