Youth King Akhil Akkineni's latest is "Hello" Produced by Annapurna Studios, Manam Enterprises banners. Akkineni Nagarjuna bankrolled the film in Vikram K Kumar's Direction. The film was released on December 22nd. On this occasion, Akhil Akkineni shares his thoughts.

I Have Undergone Special Training...

I have undergone special training for Parkour sequence in this film 60 days prior to the shoot. As per the plan, Bob Brown who designed action part in this film came here from Los Angeles with his 16 member team much before the shoot. As I was trained under his supervision, It gets easy to perform in those particular action sequences. Even before the beginning of the film, I decided not to use any CG in this film. So, I trained for this part. It's not easy to do such action sequences. It took 30 days to shoot those scenes. It's been tough to perform those stunts. We worked hard to get those sequences right.

The Best Compliment...

I received many compliments on this film. Among them best one is a girl I know very well. After watching climax she complimented, " You stole my heart".

Dances Are Part Of The Story...

The story gets stalled for 4,5 minutes due to songs, dances. So, Vikram was reluctant for such dance numbers. So, we made sure that dances will blend with the story. Existing dances are part of the story.

I Am Very Happy...

Usually, I get tensed before my film's release. I didn't sleep until reports from early US premiers are out. I felt very happy that the film received very positive reviews. More than scoring a Hit, I am very happy to become a major part of delivering a good film. Thanks to Audiences and Fans for making "Hello" a success.

Telugu Films Have Big Market In US...

US market is now a big market for Telugu Films. As a part of planning, We did a promotional tour at US before the release. Audiences liked the film very much. Film is getting close to collect onne million dollars in US. I expected that film will fare well in US but, it is doing much better than my expectations.

I Want To Work With Him Again...

Dad is a very strong producer. He closely monitored each and every aspect of this film including editing and re-recording. He even cancelled his shoot for Ram Gopal Varma gari film and took entire tension for this film. I want to work with him again.

Chaitanya's Appreciation

For my first film I focussed mainly on fights and dances. Chaitanya after watching this film appreciated me by saying, " By becoming a part of a good film you opened up as an actor."

As A Singer

I have a very good relation with Anup. Last year during November and December months, He teached me music for 4-5 hours daily in alternate days. He used to keep his guitar, keyboard in my room. He said that my voice has base and asked me to hum for the song. But, I am not a regular singer and I insisted him to train me. He gave me a crash course of 3 months teaching basics of music.

Chiranjeevi Garu Is My Lucky Charm...

After watching the film Chiranjeevi Garu said, "You gave a very settled performance". He is my lucky charm. He encourages me like a father. Not only me, He encourages every actor who comes to this industry. He likes Cinema a lot. Not only actors, He encourages every technician working for the film."

Learned About Film Making...

I waited to do a big film and did "Hello". During this journey I learned many things about film making. I worked with top technicians like Vikram Kumar, P.S.Vinod for this film. I was able to learn many new things as I worked with seniors who are more passionate than me about films. I used to observe how to write dialogues, how to monitor editing and background score.

We Decided To Work During 'Manam'...

Dad decided to make a film with me and Vikram Kumar. But, after 'Manam' Vikram gets busy with '24'. After that film we started "Hello".

No Calculations...

Many are asking that since I did a class film, am I doing my next, a mass film ? I never gave a thought about these calculations. I will do any film if it has a perfect story, script. I got feedback that fans are also happy about doing such a good film like 'Hello'

About Heroine Kalyani...

Inspite of acting for the first time, Kalyani Pridarshan performed very well. More than a Heroine, She debuted as a good Actress with this film. I think she performed better than me in my first film. She is a hard worker.

Bollywood Film...

My entire focus is on Telugu films. Because I belong here. Our fans belongs here. After doing 5,6 films I will think about doing a Bollywood film.

Next Film...

I am listening to a story on January 5th and another story on January 8th. I will finalise among these two and announce my next film on January 10th.
