Aishwarya Dhanush pens her first book

Aishwarya Dhanush is a multifaceted personality. Unlike few women, she is not the one to sit under the shade of her celebrity father Rajinikanth’s glory or bask in the success of her much popular husband Dhanush. To her credit, she has directed films like 3 and Vai Raja Vai and now she has penned a book titled Standing on an Apple Box. This would be unveiled on her dad’s birthday this year on the 12th of December.

Talking about this book, Aishwarya says, “, "I have always loved writing and I used to pen down my thoughts, little stories and poems growing up. It's like keeping a diary. When I was chatting with a few friends and shared some of this with them, they suggested that I get it published. I then shared this with Harper Collins because I think they're the best publishers in the country and the book just happened."

Aishwarya is also working on a three part documentary of stunt men, junior dancers and junior artists of film industry.
