'Arya is yet to give me biriyani', Deepa Sannadhi

Deepa Sannadhi, the Sandalwood heroine is making her Kollywood entry through Enakkul Oruvan, the Tamil remake of Kannada blockbuster Lucia. She is paired with Siddharth in the Tamil version in a role played by Shruthi Hariharan in the original.

Sharing her experience working in Enakkul Oruvan, Deepa says that when she came to know that Lucia is going to be remade in Tamil, she sent her pictures and was selected. On her co-star Siddharth, she says, “Siddharth helped me a lot. Although he is senior and is quite famous, he had no airs and was very sweet to move with”.

Deepa is also doing Yatchan directed by Vishnuvardhan where she is working with Arya. On working with Arya, Deepa jocularly says, “People said that Arya will treat his fellow heroines with biriyani but he did not give me biriyani till date.” Her first Tamil film Enakkul Oruvan is releasing this Friday, the 6th of March.
